Über uns

I am a qualified technical specialist with practical experience in application software diagnostics, root cause analysis, and standardized incident management. I have handled over 500 service requests and technical inquiries, including approximately 200 incidents, with a full support cycle from registration to final closure. My work includes structured problem decomposition, event log analysis, and root cause determination. I have developed four standard operating procedures (SOPs). My daily work utilizes monitoring tools (Grafana), relational databases (SQL), Linux and Windows operating systems, basic network protocols, and log analysis tools. Experience in backend development using the Java/Spring Boot stack and REST API is an added advantage, allowing me to effectively resolve complex escalations and gain a deep understanding of the architectural features of the applications I support. I assume responsibility for escalated incidents, systematically document workflows, and ensure productive interaction with the development team and end users. My target position is an IT Support Engineer (L2), focusing on resolving complex incidents, maintaining high-quality technical documentation, and implementing continuous process improvement approaches. I am open to working in an international team, remotely, or in a hybrid format, and am also prepared to relocate and work shifts.
