I am a business development and commercial professional with 9+ years of experience in India across banking, sales, customer relationship management and business growth, with additional experience in procurement and industrial business development in Armenia. My experience includes branch management, B2B sales, business development, client relationship management, lending, portfolio management, procurement, supplier coordination, RFQ management, market research and commercial negotiations. In my recent banking role as Branch Manager at ICICI Bank in India, I managed a portfolio of approximately ₹300 Crore and around 10,000 customers, while achieving approximately 20% business growth through customer acquisition, lending, cross-selling and relationship development. In my current professional exposure in Armenia, I have worked on industrial and commercial procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, technical and commercial proposals, product research and B2B customer development. I am currently based in Yerevan, Armenia and open to international opportunities in Business Development, Commercial Management, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Client/Project Management.
