Progressed from department management to founding and running several companies. Throughout my career, I have been involved in building and developing businesses from the ground up: establishing teams and internal processes, developing client and partner networks, driving sales, and managing financial planning. I have launched and managed projects across various areas, including manufacturing, trade and supply, as well as the repair and restoration of specialized equipment. I am comfortable working independently, finding practical solutions, and building efficient processes while keeping both the bigger picture and the details in focus. My key strengths include analytical thinking, working with numbers, negotiation, process optimization, and a practical approach to solving business challenges. I am now looking to apply my entrepreneurial and management experience in Project or Product Management, combining hands-on business experience with a structured approach to data analysis, business processes, planning, and data-driven decision-making.
