О специалисте

I am a Customer Retention and Customer Support professional with 5 years of experience, including 3 years specializing in customer retention and refund-related cases and 2 years in Quality Assurance. My main expertise is working with customers who want to cancel their subscription or request a refund. I identify the reason behind the cancellation, understand customer concerns, handle objections, and offer appropriate solutions to retain the customer whenever possible. I am experienced in handling difficult and emotionally charged conversations while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. I also have 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, where I reviewed customer interactions, evaluated agent performance against quality standards, identified communication issues, and provided feedback to improve customer experience and retention results. I am confident in communication, objection handling, problem-solving, and analyzing customer interactions. I am particularly interested in Customer Retention, Customer Experience, Refund Management, and Quality Assurance roles.
