Sergei Shiriaev

Customer success and operations professional with experience in customer service, account management, sales, and hands-on service coordination in Russia and the United States. I currently operate a small moving service and manage the complete customer journey: identifying client needs, preparing quotations, scheduling work, coordinating teams, resolving issues, collecting payments, and following up after completion.

My previous experience includes managing corporate accounts, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating project terms, and coordinating suppliers, contractors, production teams, and installation crews. I have also worked directly with English-speaking customers in the US home-services industry.

I am organized, practical, and comfortable taking responsibility for a process from the first customer contact to the final result. I am interested in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Onboarding, and Operations roles in international companies. I am currently based in Russia and open to relocation to Yerevan.
