Data Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in the financial sector, specializing in ALM/Treasury automation, ETL pipeline development, data quality control, A/B testing, and business intelligence dashboards. I work across the full data cycle - from raw SQL extraction and Python-based transformation to statistical hypothesis testing in R and interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau used daily by management teams. At Moscow Credit Bank, I built and now own an end-to-end automation pipeline for OFZ (government bond) auction reporting: integrating Moscow Exchange (MOEX ISS API) and Cbonds API, calculating 15 key risk and performance metrics, and generating automated Excel reports with zero manual steps - fully automated within the first two months on the job. I also caught and fixed a critical calculation error in accrued coupon income for floating-rate bonds before it reached senior risk committee (ALCO) materials. At AK BARS Bank, I led the design and bank-wide rollout of an IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) solution built on Sherpa RPA, achieving a statistically significant 60% reduction in document processing time (Mann-Whitney U, p < 0.05) and eliminating 100% of manual entry errors. I ran A/B tests using SQL-based hash segmentation, built data quality control logic with CTEs and Window Functions, and analyzed operational funnels in Amplitude and Google Analytics 4 to prioritize automation initiatives.Core technical stack:SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, ClickHousePython: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, requestsR: dplyr, stats, ggplot2BI: Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4Orchestration: Apache Airflow, ETL/ELT pipelinesAutomation: Sherpa RPA / IDPMarkets, ThingWorx data: MOEX ISS API, Cbonds APIVersion control: GitI translate analytical findings into concrete business decisions - A/B experiments and funnel analysis in my practice directly defined what to automate and where to invest engineering effort.Outside of core analytics, I have a long-standing focus on process robotization and intelligent automation - from IDP solutions on Sherpa RPA to competing in the WorldSkills Internet of Things track on the PTC ThingWorx platform.Languages: Russian (native) · English (B2 - Upper-Intermediate)Phone: +374 55 966289 Email: [email protected]
