Project Manager

The company is looking for a motivated and responsible Project Manager to join its Certification Department. This role focuses on managing software certification projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with development, QA, regulatory teams, and external certification bodies, maintaining project plans and schedules, preparing certification documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting of certification scope, company details, regulatory requirements, risks, issues, and project milestones.

- Manage software certification projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Ensure certification milestones are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, regulatory, and external certification bodies.
- Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to the head of the department.
- Ensure final reports include the relevant certification scope, company name, and regulatory details.
- Understand and interpret relevant certification standards and regulations.
- Support the development and documentation of certification requirements.
- Prepare and submit certification documentation to certification bodies.
- Communicate with certification laboratories and resolve related questions or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and certification records.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure all project and certification documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Carry out other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with the role.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or similar approaches.
- Experience with quality assurance practices and tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
- Experience coordinating with technical, QA, regulatory, or certification-related teams is preferred.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.
