Product Manager, Core Products & Platform

The company is looking for a Product Manager to join the Core Products & Platform team and take end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. This role focuses on product strategy, roadmap ownership, discovery, delivery, product health, stakeholder alignment, engineering-ready specifications, experimentation, platform scalability, checkout experience, integrations, and financial transaction flows.

- Own product strategy and roadmap for a specific product domain.
- Define clear priorities and explain the reasoning behind product decisions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch validation.
- Write detailed engineering-ready product specifications.
- Cover requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria clearly.
- Define quarterly goals and success metrics for the product domain.
- Run structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Collaborate with Growth Product Management on experiment design and fast delivery.
- Translate enterprise client needs into scalable product improvements.
- Track product health, reliability signals, and performance metrics.
- Balance new features, experiments, and technical sustainability.
- Understand what drives metric changes using attribution and causal reasoning.
- Keep stakeholders informed about priorities, risks, timelines, and product changes.
- Use AI tools across research, analysis, specification writing, and communication.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Enterprise products, or similar complex product environments.
- Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end.
- Strong responsibility for outcomes, not only assigned tasks.
- Strong track record of delivering complex features in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to write precise product specifications engineers can build from.
- Ability to define metrics, interpret results, and make evidence-based product decisions.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to understand product dependencies.
- Ability to anticipate the impact of product decisions across a complex ecosystem.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level.
- Ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows is a plus.
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms with API or integration complexity is a plus.
- Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising products is a plus.
- Meaningful day-to-day experience using AI tools is expected.
