Business Development Manager

The company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Business Development Department and support commercial growth in the iGaming and gambling technology sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, managing client relationships, conducting market and competitor research, negotiating business deals, supporting sales targets, monitoring industry regulations, and representing the company at international industry events and conferences.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry.
- Work with platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related technology products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market activity.
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences.
- Support international business development and brand presence.
- Monitor industry regulations and support compliance with local and international gaming laws.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Report business development progress, opportunities, risks, and strategic plans.
- Manage business development workflows using CRM and related tools.
- Support partner acquisition and long-term account development.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research.
- Ability to analyze competitors and market trends.
- Ability to navigate industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience developing partnerships.
- Experience managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Practical experience using CRM software.
- Experience using business development tools and project management applications.
- Highly motivated and self-starting working style.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings, conferences, and global industry events.
- Fluent English is required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products is a major advantage.
- Established network of contacts in the industry is a major advantage.
