• Support the Central Business Development team with marketing operations tasks.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign activations with listed projects and business partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and project teams.
• Help increase partner participation in marketing campaigns and activations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and campaign opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Prepare campaign updates and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful campaign delivery.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaign requirements are clear.
• Support day-to-day marketing and business development operations.
• Help improve communication flow between business development, marketing, and partner teams.

Требования

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Business, Marketing, or another relevant field.
• Strong interest in marketing, business development, and campaign operations.
• Interest in blockchain and digital technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build and manage professional relationships.
• Detail-oriented working style.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to achieve goals without heavy micromanagement.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• English communication skills are preferred for international team communication.
• Previous internship, student project, marketing, partnership, or operations experience is a plus.
