Telegram CRM Setup for Service Businesses

Armenia

Մասին

I help small service and construction businesses organize customer requests through Telegram. I set up a separate StroyAI bot for your company, configure up to 10 services, one customer language and one currency, and help prepare the manager workflow. The bot can collect requests, show request cards, update statuses, let managers reply to customers and edit request details, and export requests to Excel. We test the setup with a sample request and review how to use it before handover. StroyAI runs on your Windows computer while it is switched on and connected to the internet. It is not a cloud-hosted service. You create the Telegram bot and enter its token locally; please never send the token in chat. Cloud hosting, payment processing, complex estimates, and custom integrations require a separate agreement.
