A web design and development company is looking for a proactive and positive Project Manager to join its growing team. This role focuses on managing software and web development projects, coordinating internal technical teams, communicating with clients and stakeholders, preparing project plans, tracking progress, managing scope, schedule, cost and risks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring successful project implementation in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate diverse and simultaneous project activities using planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams, including software developers, database developers, UI/UX designers, UI/UX developers, and technical writers.
- Manage successful implementation of software and web development projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance and analyze completion of short-term and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and internal staff.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.
- Coordinate internal resources for project execution.
- Maintain high attention to detail.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Knowledge of German is highly desirable.
