The company is looking for a talented Mid/Mid+ Project Manager to join its Yerevan team. This role focuses on managing digital projects across global markets, bridging the gap between client vision and technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to a high professional standard. The position is suitable for a proactive project management professional with experience in web and mobile application projects, client communication, SDLC, project planning, risk management, and AI-driven workflow improvements.

- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions and automated workflows into client projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure technical feasibility during project planning and execution.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
- Report project progress and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation to improve delivery timelines and internal efficiency.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between Design, Development, Marketing, and global client teams.
- Support project delivery across Canadian, Australian, UAE, and US markets.
Պահանջներ
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a digital agency or technology environment.
- Proven experience managing web and mobile application development projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLM integrations is a strong plus.
- Experience with tools or platforms such as OpenAI API, Claude, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms is a plus.
- Solid technical background.
- Understanding of software development life cycles.
- Understanding of web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Excellent internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and global clients.
