Marketing Manager

A web design and development company is looking for a responsible, ambitious, and positive Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This role focuses on marketing and sales operations, team coordination, customer negotiations, reporting, performance analysis, risk monitoring, and business development proposals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, communicative, and comfortable working with marketing tools, sales processes, customer communication, and internal team development.

- Plan team members’ actions and daily priorities.
- Manage team members’ activities and follow up on execution.
- Conduct negotiations with customers.
- Manage sales and marketing tools and technologies.
- Search for new ideas and adapt new approaches.
- Manage reports and other business documents.
- Analyze team performance and operational risks.
- Support team development and professional growth.
- Suggest business development proposals.
- Support marketing and sales process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.

- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Russian.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing and/or sales tools and technologies.
- Reporting and business writing skills.
- Knowledge of the telecommunication sector.
- Proactive working style.
- Effective targeting skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- High responsibility.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong search and study skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay stable and professional when facing rejections or negative feedback.
