A remote Project Manager is needed to coordinate client-facing website experimentation projects and keep cross-functional teams aligned from idea to launch and analysis. This role supports high-impact A/B testing projects by organizing work across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders. The position is suitable for someone organized, proactive, communicative, coachable, and interested in technology, design, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
Обязанности
- Manage cross-functional project teams of 5–10 people.
- Coordinate website experimentation projects from idea to build, launch, and analysis.
- Keep project timelines, deliverables, and priorities clearly organized.
- Identify project risks early and help unblock internal teams.
- Ensure important tasks, deadlines, and client updates do not fall through the cracks.
- Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments.
- Communicate the reasoning behind project plans and priorities.
- Set expectations with clients and internal teams.
- Walk clients through progress, updates, and results during weekly meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Keep communication clear, positive, and structured when projects become busy or complex.
- Support coordination between research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, and analytics teams.
- Maintain momentum and clarity across multiple active projects.
- Help ensure projects are delivered with quality, speed, and alignment.

- Interest in technology, design, websites, and digital experimentation.
- Ability to understand patterns and ask thoughtful questions.
- Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts at the same time.
- Positive, coachable, and ambitious mindset.
- No prior A/B testing experience is required.
- Formal project management experience is not required.
- Experience with project coordination, client communication, digital marketing, CRO, websites, or remote teamwork is a plus.
