Компания Glovo открывает вакансию «Менеджер по работе с партнёрами». Роль сфокусирована на развитии продаж, партнёрских отношений, работе с клиентами и росте выручки. Специалист будет работать с профессиональными командами, поддерживать ключевые процессы и помогать повышать качество, эффективность и стабильность результатов. Основные направления и инструменты: Go, Rust, REST, Excel, AI, Salesforce, Google Suite.
Обязанности
- Строить и развивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами, партнёрами или ключевыми аккаунтами.
- Проводить коммуникации, follow-up, переговоры и презентации ценности продукта или сервиса.
- Анализировать потребности клиентов, коммерческие показатели, pipeline и возможности роста.
- Сотрудничать с marketing, product, operations, finance и customer success командами.
- Поддерживать выполнение KPI, рост выручки, retention и качественное сопровождение партнёров.
Требования
- Опыт в sales, account management, business development, partnerships или customer success.
- Навыки переговоров, построения доверия и работы с коммерческими целями.
- Аналитическое мышление, ориентация на результат и умение работать с KPI.
- Хорошая самоорганизация, ответственность и способность вести несколько аккаунтов или задач.
- Уверенный английский; знание дополнительных языков, CRM или отраслевого рынка будет преимуществом.
