Private Finance Manager

Social Discovery Group is looking for a Private Finance Manager to support financial operations related to personal expenses, privately used assets, Family Office requests, UBO payments, ERP accounting, monthly reporting, contractor payments, reconciliations, and treasury support. This role is suitable for a highly organized finance professional with strong banking operations, accounting, reporting, ERP, reconciliation, and payment management skills in a remote international environment.

- Budget personal expenses and income or expenses related to privately used assets.
- Execute payments upon requests from Family Office staff and UBO.
- Manage payments through credit cards, personal and corporate bank accounts, crypto wallets, and other approved payment methods.
- Accurately account for personal expenses in ERP on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly plan-versus-actual reports for personal expenses and privately used assets.
- Provide insights on deviations and financial performance when requested by UBO or CFO.
- Communicate with contractors about agreements, services, documents, payments, and receivables or payables.
- Verify advance reports from Family Office staff and allocate expenses correctly.
- Communicate with Family Office staff regarding the financial performance of privately used assets.
- Manage privately used payment instruments, including accounts, credit cards, assigned phones, and crypto wallets.
- Track limits, custody, documentation, and availability of payment instruments.
- Control the validity of notarized powers of attorney, bank cards, safe deposit box documents, and related banking documentation.
- Support the corporate treasury function during peak workload or staff absence.
- Improve personal expense, asset expenditure, accounting, reporting, and ERP-related processes.
- Follow management instructions and support finance operations when required.
Требования
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, reporting, and structured tables.
- Strong experience with end-to-end banking payment operations.
- Ability to handle multi-currency payments, fees, payment statuses, limits, payment orders, control, traceability, and follow-up.
- Strong reconciliation skills, including bank statement reconciliations and A/P and A/R control.
- Solid accounting fundamentals, including expense classification, allocation, and month-end discipline.
- Confident ERP or finance systems user, or fast learner.
- Ability to post and categorize expenses accurately in finance systems.
- Confident user of crypto wallets, including networks, fees, confirmations, and security best practices.
- Ability to prepare short management reports and clear explanations for CFO or UBO.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong overall writing quality.
- Strong experience in travel support and business assistance.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and financial accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote international environment.
