- Հասկանալ օգտատերերի հարցերը, գտնել ճիշտ լուծումներ և ուղեկցել դիմումները մինչև փակումը։
- Բարդ դեպքերը փոխանցել համապատասխան թիմերին և հետևել դրանց ընթացքին։
- Պահել դիմումների հստակ գրառումներ, բացահայտել կրկնվող խնդիրներ և առաջարկել բարելավումներ։
- Պահպանել սպասարկման ստանդարտները, ներքին գործընթացները և հաղորդակցման որակի պահանջները։

- Փորձ customer support, client service, operations ոլորտում կամ այդ ուղղությամբ զարգանալու ցանկություն։
