I am a multilingual administrative and customer support professional with over five years of experience in customer service, office administration, and sales support. Throughout my career, I have managed customer communication, prepared and followed up on quotations, maintained online stores, processed invoices, coordinated schedules, ordered project materials, and provided day-to-day administrative support. I enjoy working in organized environments where I can solve problems, communicate with customers, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. I am a native Dutch and Armenian speaker, fluent in English, and have an intermediate level of French. I am a fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of an international team.
