About

I have 9 years of experience across customer support, SaaS, fintech, crypto, Help Center operations, and technical escalations. Most recently, I worked with trading and financial technology platforms where I handled complex customer issues, Tier 3 support, documentation, bug escalation, and coordination with Product and Engineering teams. I’m especially comfortable working with products that can be technical or confusing for users. I enjoy breaking down complex issues, finding the root cause, improving support processes, and making sure customers get clear and accurate answers. I’ve also managed and improved knowledge-base content, helped train and mentor support teams, and worked remotely with international companies. I’m now looking for a role where I can use that mix of customer support, technical troubleshooting, and crypto/fintech experience.
