I'm the co-founder and CTO of Freeward International Group Ltd, a UK-registered platform where users earn real rewards — PayPal cash, crypto, and gift cards — by completing tasks and offers. What started as a bootstrapped product is now a 600K+ user operation, and I've been hands-on across every layer: backend architecture (Laravel, Node.js), DevOps, growth, hiring, and product. I work best in fast-moving environments where engineering and business strategy overlap. I've built and managed remote teams across multiple functions, run Google Ads and influencer campaigns, and handled everything from CI/CD pipelines to legal compliance for a UK entity. Currently based in Yerevan, Armenia. Outside of work, I explore indie game development, practice Vipassana meditation, and occasionally go deep on ideas that probably won't ship — but teach me something either time.
