Technical Project Manager

Overview
The company is looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to connect business objectives with technical execution. This role is responsible for managing complex software projects across the full software development life cycle, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and according to high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for different departments and business units.
- Ensure project alignment with broader company goals.
- Create, manage, and maintain project management plans.
- Prepare and update requirements documentation.
- Maintain system prototypes and detailed progress reports.
- Coordinate multiple simultaneous project activities.
- Keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Act as the main link between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and expectation management across teams.
- Oversee projects from concept through deployment.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and project risks.
- Implement proactive solutions to keep delivery on track.
- Support software development life cycle planning and execution.
- Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Strong IT background.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with project management systems.
- Familiarity with technical testing and debugging tools.
- Experience with WebSocket debugging through DevTools is preferred.
- Experience with Postman is preferred.
- Strong planning and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and action-oriented mindset.
- Team-player attitude.
- Results-driven approach.
- Previous experience in a regulated digital product environment is an advantage.
