Senior Project Manager

Overview
A leading software and systems development company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its PMO team and work in a dynamic multi-project environment. This role focuses on managing software projects using Agile-Scrum methodology, working closely with engineering teams, defining priorities, creating user stories, planning releases, and ensuring that products meet user needs while maintaining technical integrity, quality, budget alignment, and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage software projects in a dynamic multi-project environment.
- Lead project delivery using Agile-Scrum methodology.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver successful products.
- Define project and development priorities with the development team.
- Create user stories and support product release planning.
- Ensure products address user needs effectively.
- Maintain technical integrity and product quality throughout delivery.
- Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate several teams and integration points until project completion.
- Track project timelines, quality standards, budget alignment, and delivery scope.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify project risks, conflicts, and delivery challenges.
- Resolve conflicts and support smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain proactive communication and a can-do approach under pressure.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Second degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Experience in a Scrum Master role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques is preferred.
- Jira expertise is an advantage.
- Proven experience planning and executing several concurrent projects.
- Experience managing projects with multiple teams and integration points.
- Experience delivering projects with quality, time, and budget control in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
- Strong technical background is an advantage.
