Senior Product Manager

Overview
The company is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery, and successful feature delivery. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product vision, create detailed product specifications, monitor product performance, and improve user experience through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Define product vision and communicate it clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Create detailed specifications for product features so development teams can implement them effectively.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and users and translate it into product improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve features and user experience.
- Define product requirements and manage the product roadmap.
- Integrate user research, product testing, and market analysis into product requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Prepare recommendations for product improvements based on KPIs and product data.
- Produce and review product requirements documents.
- Support collaboration and teamwork across product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and support informed decision-making during product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience writing user stories and supporting agile product delivery.
- Experience working with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with a logistics product is a plus.
- Strong ability to work with stakeholders, users, and development teams.
- Ability to make product decisions based on data, research, and business priorities.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage product work from idea to delivery.
