Responsibilities
- Manage and improve processes for research and software engineering projects.
- Create and maintain robust workflows that help research projects deliver outcomes efficiently.
- Support projects where goals, requirements, technical challenges, and outcomes may change over time.
- Provide administrative, organizational, and legal support across multiple research projects.
- Promote transparency and collaboration between research teams and other stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical specialists, internal teams, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across teams to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Use communication channels effectively to synchronize project efforts.
- Analyze project tasks thoroughly.
- Verify task completeness, accuracy, scope, and requirements.
- Help teams prepare for successful project execution.
- Support closer collaboration between JetBrains teams.
- Help technical specialists focus on innovation and product value.
- Identify risks, gaps, and potential blockers in research-related projects.
- Maintain structure and clarity in projects with uncertainty and evolving priorities.
Requirements
- Experience setting up and managing processes in projects with high uncertainty.
- Ability to ensure project timeliness and quality.
- Knowledge of SDLC and software development frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of ML and AI principles.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions.
- Ability to identify risks and challenges related to ML/AI projects.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to support smooth information flow between stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to define project scope and requirements clearly.
- Ability to analyze tasks deeply and verify completeness and accuracy.
- Background as a System Analyst or Business Analyst is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
