The company is hiring a remote Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, reporting, analytics, and business performance monitoring across its digital trading and fintech products. Responsibilities
- Analyze business, product, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Work with large datasets related to fintech, trading, customer behavior, or digital product performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and business teams to define data needs.
- Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and recurring analytics processes.
- Present insights in a clear and actionable way for business teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into business insights.
- Understanding of fintech, trading, financial markets, or digital products is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
