Financial Manager (EU)

Overview
GoMining is looking for a Financial Manager (EU) to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational finance across multiple business units. This role focuses on financial reporting, accounting coordination, budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, EU tax and compliance support, audit coordination, financial transparency, and operational finance processes in a global crypto and Bitcoin mining technology company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for assigned business areas.
- Coordinate month-end close activities and support accounting processes.
- Support AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger workflows.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue.
- Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow and support liquidity planning.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support EU tax, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business planning and operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial models and data analysis for decision-making.
- Support finance operations across multiple business units and jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Control, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of EU taxation, financial reporting, and business operations.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, mining, fintech, or technology is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with month-end close, reporting, accounting coordination, or audit support.
- Understanding of AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote international environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
