Product Operations Manager
Overview
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes across the product lifecycle.
- Support product launch and post-launch iteration processes.
- Manage feature request intake and operational workflows.
- Serve as a key internal resource for Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Provide teams with tools, documentation, and streamlined workflows.
- Act as an operational liaison between product teams and external partners or vendors.
- Standardize communication of product updates, launch schedules, and strategic changes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Account Managers, and Executive Leadership.
- Support go-to-market activities for product and feature launches.
- Help prepare internal training materials, resources, and process documentation.
- Support release management and consistent release cadences.
- Ensure QA, documentation, and communication steps are completed properly and on time.
- Identify operational risks, process inefficiencies, and workflow gaps.
- Propose actionable solutions to improve product quality and operations.
- Manage customer and user feedback collection processes.
- Centralize and synthesize feedback from support tickets, surveys, interviews, and other channels.
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to track product usage metrics and KPIs.
- Help create standardized dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Define and monitor product health metrics.
- Report on operational progress and areas for improvement.
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices across product teams and partners.
Requirements
- Strong skills in process design and process optimization.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Ability to manage and standardize stakeholder communication.
- Ability to coordinate communication across internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with go-to-market workflows.
- Experience with product launch preparation and cross-team enablement.
- Understanding of release management practices.
- Knowledge of QA alignment, documentation flow, and rollout procedures.
- Ability to identify operational risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to support data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work with product metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops.
- Ability to improve workflows and support change management.
- English communication skills are preferred.
- Armenian communication skills are preferred for local team collaboration.
