FFA Technical Center – Football Academy

The Football Academy of Armenia, officially known as the Technical Center-Academy of the Football Federation of Armenia, is one of the most advanced football training facilities in the South Caucasus. Located in the Avan district of Yerevan, the academy was officially opened on September 1, 2010 with the participation of national and international football leaders. The academy was created to support the development of football in Armenia and to provide high-quality training opportunities for young players and professional athletes. It serves as a central base for the coaching and preparation programs of the Football Federation of Armenia as well as training sessions for national teams and youth development programs. The sports complex includes multiple professional football training fields with natural and artificial surfaces that meet international standards. In addition to football facilities, the academy offers indoor sports halls, swimming pools, a modern fitness center, tennis courts, and various recreational services designed to support athletes’ physical development and overall well-being. A stadium with more than 1,400 seats is also located within the academy complex and has hosted domestic league matches and youth international tournaments. The stadium and training facilities are regularly used by professional clubs and national teams preparing for competitions. With its modern infrastructure, professional coaching environment, and commitment to youth development, the Football Academy of Armenia plays a vital role in strengthening football culture and nurturing the next generation of Armenian football players.
